As the first company to bring kombucha—your favorite magical tea—back to New Mexico, we saw an opportunity to do something great with our booch-loving community.
The Kombucha Project is an experiment in collaborative business. Together with local farmers, distributions and local food organizations, we’re using kombucha to build an infrastructure that allows food producers to connect more meaningfully and cost-effectively to local businesses and customers, strengthening our regional food system and encouraging successful small-scale farming and artisanship within New Mexico.
